Four Pro Tips to Get Started Right
Set Aside 30 Minutes
Give yourself focused time to go through the system and get set up properly. A good setup makes everything easier.
Gather Last Month's Statements
Bank and credit card statements help you start with realistic numbers. Then you can catch up on your transactions from there.
Don't Aim for Perfect!
This first month is practice. You'll adjust as you learn your spending habits and identify what is and needs to be important to you.
Set Up a Routine
Budget on a specific day of the week, then review your spending midway through the week. Consistency gives better results than perfection.
